Privacy Policy
How UrbanCiti Realty collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or work with us.
Effective October 5, 2026
1. Who we are
UrbanCiti Realty (“UrbanCiti,” “we,” or “us”) is a real estate brokerage in Phoenix, Arizona serving bankruptcy trustees, lenders and asset managers, homeowners, and investors. This policy applies to urbancitirealty.com, including its forms, listing pages, live chat, and client portal. It does not cover information handled under a separate written agreement with us, which is governed by that agreement.
2. Information you give us
- Forms and intake. Your name, email, phone, organization, role, property address, case, loan, or file reference, occupancy details, and any notes you include.
- Documents. Files you upload with a file submission. Uploads are available only to signed in, approved client accounts. Each file is scanned for viruses and held in a private folder on our web server that cannot be reached from the public website. Only authorized UrbanCiti Realty staff can open the files, and they are not sent by email. Please redact Social Security numbers and financial account numbers to the last four digits before uploading.
- Client portal. Your name, email, phone, organization, title, mailing address, client type, notification preferences, and the status history of files we handle for you.
- Tools. Property details and figures you enter into our valuation and estimate tools.
- Conversations. Messages you send us through live chat, email, or phone.
3. Information collected automatically
- Usage data. Your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and approximate location based on your IP address.
- Cookies. Described in section 4 below.
- Security logs. Our security software records IP addresses and sign in attempts so we can block attacks on the site.
- Content from other servers. Some typefaces load from Google Fonts, and listing photos load from our MLS data provider’s image servers. Those providers receive your IP address when your browser requests these files.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Our site uses cookies and similar browser storage for the purposes below.
- Site function. To keep you signed in to the client portal, and to remember that you closed a notice or a sign up prompt so that it does not appear again.
- Live chat. Our chat provider, tawk.to, uses cookies to keep a conversation connected as you move between pages.
- Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand how visitors find and use the site. Where Google makes it available, this can include general demographic and interest categories. Reports are shown to us in summary form.
- Security checks. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated programs. Turnstile reviews technical details about your browser and connection for that purpose.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install the Google Analytics opt out browser add on. If you block cookies, the client portal and live chat may not work as expected.

8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal, tax, licensing, and recordkeeping requirements. After that we delete it or remove the details that identify you. Security logs are cleared automatically on a rolling basis.
9. How we protect information
The site uses an encrypted connection, restricted administrative access, and ongoing security monitoring.
